I leave in Montreal. I'm sure I suffer from Sensorimotor OCD (breathing) but I don't know where to find help... I'm being treated in a hospital because I've have a trouble with alcool because of my obsession (sorry about my writing I speak french) but I feel they don't know where to refer me for help because of my ocd. I'm never going to stop drinking alcool to forget about my OCD if I don't find help to deal with it..... Leave a Reply. |
