HI Nathan. Thanks so much for your videos. I am getting ERP from a therapist. I believe I have light PCOD and I've also gotten therapy for it recently in my OCD life. I am really grateful for this. My mind brought to my attention as I did some deep breathing a memory of some children I remember playing with and a couple other memories. I find this interesting because I identify much more toward OCD than POCD. It just goes to show how much of a doubters disease OCD is. I am so grateful to not have much of this esp. toward my son. Thank you for your messages; they are so helpful. This video was a little triggering, but since I am lined up to see this ERP doc twice a week, I'm sure I'll be okay! (arms up, shoulders lifted got to love ERP!). oh, I take Luvox which really helps. Leave a Reply. |
