Is the only treatment for this exposure and response prevention? As a result of trauma, I did some real stupid stuff...manic type stuff. I have been forgiven but cannot forgive myself nor can I stop thinking about the events. I am in therapy but am wondering if it is for me,,,,it is grueling. Considering medication as the rumination is very bad, Thanks.
